Sex workers in Georgia face similar problems as the rest of the regional community. Police violence and lack of protection, stigma and discrimination, weak state response to health needs of sex workers can be listed as some of the main issues faced by sex workers as well as lack of funding of sex worker led interventions which promote and protect health and rights of sex workers in the country.

Woman for Freedom, as a community voice and force, with their strategic planning and advocacy try to tackle and provide community perspective in actions which will lead to improvements and positive change.
