If such a bureaucratic country as Germany can do this {legalize the prostitution}, why Lithuania could not? It is not a secret - prostitution exists. If so, then why wouldn’t the state collect taxes, for the benefit of each citizen? Isn‘t it ironic? Taxes gathered from prostitution would be used for people who really need support from the state.
