Women, Harm Reduction, and HIV: New IHRD Report

The report offers recommendations for policy and service design to better protect the health and rights of women who use drugs, and focuses on Eastern Europe and Asia, IHRD's areas of work.
It will be followed in 2008 by the release of assessments of women drug users' access to services in Georgia, Russia, and Ukraine.
