Macedonia: support needed in advocacy for drug treatment decentralization
The funds for the centers had been raised from GFATM three years ago, but for unknown reasons there is strong resistance to drug treatment decentralization, no matter that in the only existing drug treatment center there is a seven-year old waiting list for patients, out of whom 28 died last year.
