In a cornerstone development in Poland, several men were in July this year charged for wheedling money out of sex workers in one of Czestochowa’s night clubs and on one of the highways leading to the city – reports TADA, SWAN member from Poland. More
The case was sent to the court after a long and difficult police investigation. The investigation revealed that the indicted, working as an organized criminal group, had plagued sex workers for at least 4 years. Sex workers who didn’t want to pay “voluntarily” were forced to pay with use of violence. The indicted men operated within the same scheme since 2004. Their rates varied from 50 to 150 zloty (20 to 60 USD according to current exchange rate).
