Elena Tsukerman was the founder, Board Chairwoman and later the Executive Director of sex workers led Charitable Organization “All-Ukrainian League “Legalife”, and active member of SWAN. We knew her as a passionate activist for the rights of sex workers and persons who use drugs, as well as a community leader, organizer, trainer, speaker, editor and journalist.

We all lost an extraordinary advocate and activist, and a friend whose company will be missed forever.
