We mobilized sex workers, allies and organizations actively involved in sex work issues across the country. Public hearing with participation of civil society, government structures representatives and sex workers took place in 6 cities – almost in all regional centres.

Petition calling to stop draft bill was signed by more 1000 people via online and via personal communication on the streets.
Face-to-face communication with parliament members and staff of Ministry of Interior took place during the official meeting of Parliament Committee responsible to review this draft bill.
We were living online almost two months to share our news and to get support. It was a great experience.
Unbelievable support from Human Rights Watch and consortium of international women and sex workers leadership organizations allowed us to show people making decision that our country and our issue is a concern of international human rights defenders.
Finally in February 2013 mass media posted official news about withdrawing draft bill on punishment of sex work on Kyrgyzstan.
